Deepavali celebrations this weekend

Deepavali is commemorated in India and across the world on Amaavasya, (i.e.), the 15th nighttime of the gloomy castle night of the month of October or November. The word "Divali" is a deviation of the Sanskrit speech Deepavali, Deepa denote light and Avali, denote a row. This festival celebration refers to as Divali, Diwali, Dipavali and Deepavali along with other deviation. In general, though, it is regard as the Festival of Lights. Kapaleeshwar Temple at Mylapore
